Refund Policy
1. Digital products
Our install packs are digital products delivered electronically (download link + license/invitation code). Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", we apply the following policy:
- Before delivery: full refund if the download link and license code have not been issued.
- After delivery: refund requests are reviewed case by case within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are granted where the product is materially not as described or cannot be installed following our documented requirements.
- Installation service ($15): refundable in full if the installation has not started. Once installation is complete, the service is considered delivered.
2. EU / UK statutory rights
Customers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. By downloading the install pack or requesting immediate installation, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins.
3. How to request
Email support@bigsocialboss.com with your order email, order date, and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before opening a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster this way.
