What is BuddyMail?

BuddyMail is BigSocialBoss's self-hosted email marketing install pack. It installs on your own server and gives you email campaigns, a private CRM database, developer apps (connect your own AI API key, build automations), and campaign analytics — with a dedicated sending IP. Your contacts and data never leave your infrastructure.

How much does BuddyMail cost?

Four one-time packs: $39 (3,000 emails/day), $99 (30,000/day), $219 (50,000/day), $399 (100,000/day). An optional $15 assisted install is available if you need help.

Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. Every pack is a perpetual license: pay once, use forever. No monthly subscription, no renewals, no per-contact price creep.

What do I need to install BuddyMail?

Your own server and domain. If you don't have them, you can add infrastructure options on this page: domain ($10/yr), sending server ($7/mo), DNS server ($8/mo), and workbench server ($10–$20/mo depending on pack).

What is the $15 install option?

Assisted installation by our team, delivered within 24 hours. It is optional on every pack — check it if you want our team to install for you, or install yourself with the guide.
