Source
Only material you authorize, our own shoots, or synthesis the contract allows. Deliverables keep a source field.
How we accept work
Pass rates, sample ratios, and automatic checks go in the project appendix. Only batches that meet them ship.
| Gate | What we do | If it fails |
|---|---|---|
| Freeze the guide | Defect list, good/bad examples, and edge cases go into labeling handbook v1 | No production |
| Gold set | Both sides label a small gold set together | No scale-up |
| Automatic rules | Boxes off-frame, empty labels, broken frame numbers, illegal type IDs | Batch sent back |
| Human spot check | Agreed sample rate, two reviewers; disputes go to an arbiter | Whole pack relabeled |
| Ship report | Label mix, coverage, agreement on the sample | Must not ship |
Safety and rights
Only material you authorize, our own shoots, or synthesis the contract allows. Deliverables keep a source field.
Encrypted link or object storage you name. Training sets do not go on a public share link.
Capped count, watermark or time-limited link. Used to check the labeling bar — not a full training set.
Name a technical counterpart. A sales inbox alone is not enough to start discovery.
Inquiry
Attach screenshots of bad cases or a failure-mode list. Requests with no technical material are sent back for more.
